COMMERCIAL SEALCOATING

Keep your lot protected and looking sharp.

Sealcoating shields your parking lot from sun, water, salt and traffic wear, and gives customers a clean first impression.

Why sealcoat your parking lot?

Protects your pavement

A sealed surface stands up better to weather and daily traffic, which helps put off costly repaving.

Keeps water out

Sealer fills the small surface pores so rain and snowmelt run off before they can work into the asphalt.

Resists oil and salt

Vehicle leaks and winter road salt break asphalt down. Sealer puts a barrier between them and your lot.

A clean first impression

A deep black, even lot tells customers and tenants the property is looked after.

How it works

1

Clean

We clear the lot of dirt and debris so the sealer bonds to bare asphalt.

2

Repair

Cracks get filled and damaged spots patched first, so we are not sealing over a problem.

3

Seal

We spray or broom on the sealer, depending on what the lot needs or what you prefer, and apply it evenly with clean edges along curbs and walks.

4

Reopen

The lot stays blocked off while it cures. We will tell you exactly when it can reopen.

Common questions

Can you work in sections so we stay open?

Tell us how your lot is used when we look at the job and we will plan the schedule with you to keep disruption down.

How often should a parking lot be sealed?

It depends on how much traffic the lot sees and how it is holding up. We will recommend a schedule when we look at your lot.

What about line striping afterward?

Sealcoating covers the existing lines, so the lot needs restriping once it cures. Restriping is included in your estimate upon request, so your lot is marked and ready to use once the sealer is dry.
