Protect your driveway. Make it look new again.
A fresh sealcoat shields your asphalt from sun, water, salt and oil, and brings back that deep black finish.
Why sealcoat your driveway?
Keeps water out
Sealer fills the small surface pores so rain and snowmelt run off before they can work into the asphalt.
Blocks sun damage
Sunlight dries asphalt out and turns it gray and brittle. A sealcoat takes that wear so the pavement doesn't.
Resists oil and salt
Leaks from the car and winter road salt break asphalt down. Sealer puts a barrier between them and your driveway.
Looks brand new
A faded driveway goes back to a clean, even black that sharpens up the whole front of the house.

How it works
Clean
We clear off dirt, leaves and loose debris and trim back the edges so the sealer bonds to bare asphalt.
Repair
Cracks get filled and damaged spots patched first, so we aren't sealing over a problem.
Seal
We apply the sealer evenly across the whole driveway, with clean lines along the garage, walks and lawn.
Cure
The driveway stays blocked off while it dries. Keep vehicles off it for 48 hours while it cures.
Frequently asked questions
How long will my driveway take to dry?
Keep vehicles off your driveway for 48 hours. That gives the sealer time to cure fully so it stays smooth and even.
How often should a driveway be sealed?
We recommend sealing every other year. Staying on that schedule keeps water and sun from breaking the asphalt down, so your driveway lasts longer and keeps its rich black finish.
My driveway is new. When can it be sealed?
New asphalt needs time to cure first. Wait at least 60 days after paving before having it sealed.
What time of year do you sealcoat?
Sealer needs warm, dry weather to cure properly, so our season generally runs from April or May through September or October, depending on the weather.
